Commitments & Policies of the Institute

Course fees, once paid, are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, as training seats, faculty time and classroom resources are reserved for the learner from the date of enrolment.
Placement assistance begins only after the learner has successfully completed the course, including all assessments.
Learners are expected to attend every scheduled interview. A learner who misses two consecutive scheduled face-to-face interviews without prior notice will no longer be eligible for further interview opportunities through the institute.
Only communication received from The Interface's official email domain, official phone numbers or authorised staff is valid. Individual trainers or any third party do not represent the institute, and any commitment made by them will not be honoured.

Code of Conduct

Learners will maintain respectful and professional conduct towards the institute, its faculty, staff and fellow learners at all times.
Learners are expected to attend classes regularly and punctually, whenever they are scheduled.
Learners will complete assignments, homework and projects sincerely and within the given timelines.
Learners will cooperate with the institute's academic and placement teams throughout the programme.
